Predator
Race Alpine Master Weekend in Austria! Neukirchen am Großvenediger! NEW! In 2025, the start, route
and finish line will all be at an altitude of 2100 metres above sea level, i.e.
at the upper cable car station!
Enjoy the
chance to try all 3 levels of the race within a single weekend!
On Saturday, 20th September 2025,
we start with the middle distance in the morning – Predator Race BRUTAL 10 km+ (25
obstacles). In the afternoon, you can enjoy the shortest distance – Predator Race DRIL 5 km+ (20
obstacles).
On Sunday, 21st September 2025, you can face the Predator Race MASAKR 15 km+ (30
obstacles)!
The
Predator Race Championship in Austria is part of the Master Weekend!
This will
be a truly unique event. On 20th and 21st September 2025,
the PREDATOR CHAMPIONSHIP takes
place in Neukirchen am Großvenediger!

The waves
begin with 50 participants at 10-minute intervals.
3 starting
waves are reserved for the Predator Master Weekend. Wave 1 is designated for
Predator Championship competitors. Wave 2 – ELITE is designated for MW,
Dril, Brutal, Masakr. The remaining starting waves are meant for OPEN participants
of individual Dril, Brutal and Masakr races.
Wave 1 is reserved for Predator
Championship competitors.
Wave 2 – Elite: Racers cannot assist each other. Some obstacles
are mandatory, and failing to complete them results in losing the elite
wristband. Racers can continue the race but will be disqualified (DSQ). If a
team of 4+ members has even one participant lose their elite status, the entire
team is cancelled from the Elite category and is not evaluated. Times are
measured using chip technology.
Waves 2 and
3 are for Open participants, who can assist each
other. Obstacles are not mandatory and their times are measured using chip
technology.
Important
information:
· Minimum age: 15 years (with legal representative’s consent)
· Parking: Available at the venue (P1–P6)
· Storage: Free of charge, at the tourist centre
· Refreshments: Available on-site
· Medical assistance: Available along the route and at the venue

Additional
details:
The
Predator Race is unique due to its obstacles and the FAST line and SLOW line system.
FAST
line – More challenging but quicker
version of obstacles.
SLOW
line – Easier but takes longer (e.g.
includes additional running sections).
HANDICAP - If you fail an obstacle, you can choose a
penalty (handicap), such as an extra running lap, crab walk. A new type of handicap will be
announced prior to the Championship.
