Cookie Policy

This page explains which cookies the portal operated by Inviton, s.r.o. stores in your browser, why, for how long and who receives the data. Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can recognise it on the next visit.

How you decide

On your first visit a cookie banner offers three options: accept everything, reject everything, or choose per category. Necessary cookies are stored without consent under Section 109(6) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications. Analytics and marketing cookies are only stored after you consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - if you do not consent, those tools are not loaded at all. We remember your choice for 12 months; if we add a new purpose, we ask again. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Necessary cookies

They provide the basic functions of the portal: signing in, the shopping cart, a pending order and remembering your cookie choices. The site does not work without them, so they are stored without consent.

Analytics cookies

They tell us how visitors use the portal: number of visits, traffic source, pages viewed and completed purchases. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) and Azure Application Insights (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited). We also use Akviro (Majestic Group s. r. o., company ID 47 669 551, Bratislava, Slovakia) to measure page engagement – the page address, traffic source, scroll depth and time on page are sent. Akviro stores no cookies or other data on your device and processes the data on servers in the European Union. Where an event organiser has configured their own Google Analytics for their event, data about visits to that event page is also sent to the organiser's account.

Marketing cookies

They are used to measure the performance of advertising, to show you ads for an event on other websites and social networks (remarketing) and to build advertising audiences. The tools are Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and Google advertising features (Google Ireland Limited). This category also covers the Facebook social plugins used for comments and sharing, which connect to Meta's servers and set Meta's advertising cookie. Recorded events are: viewing an event page, viewing a ticket, adding it to the cart and completing a purchase including the order value.

Event organisers' own measurement and advertising

Events on this portal are run by independent organisers, and each of them may switch on their own measurement for their event - a Google Analytics property (analytics cookies) and a Meta Pixel or Google advertising (marketing cookies). These tools then run on that organiser's event pages, and the data about your visit, the tickets you looked at and your completed purchase is received by the organiser and by Meta or Google, who may link it to your account on their service. Such measurement is only loaded once you have given the corresponding consent. In respect of the data collected in this way the organiser is a separate controller and decides on its use themselves - you will find the details in that organiser's own privacy policy. You can recognise whether an event uses these tools by the fact that they only appear on the pages of that particular event.

The ticket form on other websites

Organisers can embed our ticket form into their own website. Our cookie banner does not run there, so it is the operator of that website who has to obtain your consent with their own banner and pass it on to the form; without such a consent the form starts no measurement and no advertising tools. The cookies described here are then governed by the cookie policy of the website you are on.

Transfers outside the EU

Google, Microsoft and Meta may transfer the data to the USA on the basis of the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to its rectification and erasure, to restriction of processing, to object, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.

Browser settings

Independently of the banner, every browser lets you delete individual cookies, block them or forbid them entirely. Blocking the necessary cookies will however stop parts of the portal - signing in and the shopping cart - from working. You will find the instructions in your browser's help.
